Nira Madisi, M.D. | Bayhealth
Nira A. Madisi is a board certified endocrinologist who graduated with a bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery degree (MBBS) from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. She then worked in Trinidad and Tobago for a few years prior to starting residency at the Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital of Baltimore program in Internal Medicine. She completed her Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at the same hospital. She completed her Fellowship in Endocrinology at the George Washington University Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Washington DC and then came to Bayhealth in July 2015. She has published research in the field of diabetes; specifically identifying barriers to caring for persons with diabetes and identifying better ways to care for elderly persons with diabetes. Her interests include diabetes and bone diseases such as osteoporosis and hyperparathyroidism.
Anita Raghuwanshi, M.D. | Cape Regional Physicians Associates
Anita Raghuwanshi, M.D., received her Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University in 2004 and her Medical Degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine with distinction in research in biochemistry and molecular biology in 2008. Both her Residency in Internal Medicine and her Fellowship in Endocrinology were completed at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. She is Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Dr. Raghuwanshi has previously worked at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE. She was born and raised in New Jersey and now works at Cape Regional Physicians Associates in Cape May, NJ.
