Dover, Del. – The Delaware Diabetes Coalition will host the 23rd Annual Diabetes Wellness Expo on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Bayhealth Conference Center at Blue Hen, located at 665 Bay Road, Unit A, Dover, Delaware. The event is free and open to the public.
Held each November in recognition of National Diabetes Month, the Expo brings together healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses to promote diabetes self-management and overall wellness. With 35+ exhibitors and health screeners, plus an educational program led by health experts, attendees will gain valuable tools and knowledge to help manage diabetes and improve quality of life.
Event highlights include:
- Keynote Presentation: Grief, Mourning, Change, and a Diagnosis of Diabetes presented by Nancy Gugerty, Nemours
- Panel Discussion: Diabetes Goes High Tech: VR, Wearables and AI You Can Use Today
- Free Health Services: Diabetes and blood pressure screenings, stress assessments, foot exams, and vaccinations
- Free Box Lunch: Catered by the Food Bank of Delaware, with desserts provided by River Kitchen Company and She Rices — proceeds benefit the Food Bank’s Culinary School
