A CDCES can be a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Pharmacist (RPh), Physician (MD or DO), other Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) or Social Worker (SW).
The initials “CDCES” after their name and profession recognizes successful completion of a National Certification Exam.
