Bringing together health care providers, businesses, diabetes-related organizations, and others to promote diabetes self-management and a healthier lifestyle for people with diabetes.
Sponsor/Vendor/Screener Registration
Vendor and Sponsor registration is now open. Early bird registration is open until Wednesday, Sept. 30. Prices increase $100 on Oct. 1. Vendor registration closes Friday, Oct. 23 or when sold out, whichever comes first. If you wish to mail in your vendor registration, email director@dediabetescoalition.org for instructions.
